Our partnership is made up of 7 organisations from five EU countries (Italy, Poland, Greece, Spain and Belgium) which joined forces for this project on the basis of the following principles:

INSTALOFI LEVANTE- FYG CONSULTORES
(Coordinator) – Spain
Instalofi Levante S.L. – FyG Consultores (FYG) is a private, high-level training enterprise, pioneers in co-creation with companies, adults and young people in the training on innovative concepts, business creation, employability basic skills, literacy and numeracy skills, entrepreneurship and soft & hard skills training.
FyG acts actively as an education and training company promoting and enhancing the development of adults seeking for new opportunities and helping them to become more employable, facing different factors of exclusion: youngsters and adults with educational difficulties, unemployed with economic or social obstacles.
FyG has experience in running a wide range of trainings courses and mentoring programmes for companies, entrepreneurs, Start-Ups, also with individuals from disadvantaged groups. In recent years, FyG has developed and implemented a number of European international cooperation projects with Erasmus+ and COSME programme, dealing with enterprise creation and development, employability, management, Start Ups training, internationalization, Gamification and Innovation of the Entrepreneurial Training.
LABC S.R.L.
Italy
LABC is based in Torino and aims to share and build upon the experience of professionals in the field of individual and community wellness, group-work, education and training, reintegration into labour market and project management.
LABC is a pan-European learning community, adopting and sharing the principles of:
- collaborative learning, to exchange, improve and share experiences, resources and skills, in order to optimize international and intermodal collaborations, develop and transfer of methodologies and praxis
- generativity to establish, support and guide the ability to create, generate and produce new psychological, social and educational tools, models and praxis, with the aim of spreading them freely throughout the community.
LABC is active and experienced in individual and community well-being through a widespread range of activities, including group work sessions, supervisions, training, consultancy etc. and Education and Research by designing learning methodologies and implementing training materials and tools dedicated to improve the awareness of participants.
EUROPEAN LEARNING CENTER
Spain
European Learning Center is an educational institution based in Madrid and the South of Spain (Ubrique, Cadiz). For over 25 years now, ELC has been working primarily with children, youngsters, and adults. Other specific target populations include minority groups such as Women, Migrants and NEETS in the local and regional communities. The aim is to help them become active members of society and increase their options and access to new social and digital skills.
The chief areas of expertise are curricular development and the integration of alternative classroom methodologies (e.g. digital storytelling, flipped classrooms, STEM…), as well as complementary themes (ie. sustainability, social and digital integration, soft skills…).
At the farm ECL blends formal and informal learning, thus allowing young and adult students from schools to incorporate sustainable daily practices while being in direct contact with nature. In fact, in the past 5 years, ELC manages to incorporate complex environmental topics such as circular economy, sustainable living and healthy eating habits, directly into language learning, science or soft skills learning curriculum. This has attracted trainers with broader backgrounds and expertise, and also better prepare them to share with students. Presently, nearly half of teaching staff also volunteers at the farm while benefiting from the healthy eating and lifestyle of a local organic farm.
ARCHIVIO DELLA MEMORIA

AdM is a no profit organization founded in 2002. It has been collaborating with Tor Vergata University of Rome since 2006 and developed an historical, anthropological, sociological and environmental research activity in social and cultural fields, to bring to light documents and give value to local culture, traditions and knowledge.
AdM operates both in urban areas and in small towns, in Italy and abroad, actively interacting with local communities, especially those characterized by marginalization and social disadvantage, developing best practices in the field of adult and School education, qualitative and quantitative research, in visual documentation and lifelong learning, organizing educational projects either for adults or children and young people in the subjects of its competence. AdM collaborated with lots of local authorities and Municipalities. Thanks to the educational skills of some associates, has realized about 2k interviews on different topics with an anthropological approach that reflect psychological and oral history elements mixed to a socio and a storytelling dimension.
AdM is active from 2011 in several projects concerning the digitalization and the innovation of adult and school education, the social and economic crisis in Europe, and is an active partner of several projects dedicated to the support at national and European level to social workers and employees that operate in different social contests.

CWEP – Centrum Wspierania Edukacji i Przedsiębiorczości

The Association operates from June 2004 conducting activities related to the support and promotion of modern education and entrepreneurship, scientific research and consulting, conducting training, publishing, marketing, consulting and advertising activities.
CWEP provides services to support education through the implementation of transnational education projects aimed at young people and the organization of training. It also runs a consulting support for companies operating in the region and implements investment projects aimed at improving the quality of business support services. The Association is active in the field of science, expressed in the commitment to research projects and conducting its own analysis of society.
CWEP cooperates with many partners from Europe (including Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Italy) jointly implementing projects aimed at young people, learners and entrepreneurs.
